Information and consulting services on the topic: “Diagnostics of the existing management system of material and technical resources in the Gazprom VNIIGAZ Tyumen branch

Conducting diagnostics of business processes of the existing management system for the movement of material and technical resources at the Tyumen Experimental Plant based on a logistic approach to develop recommendations for improving the efficiency of their management at the enterprise.

The following methods were used as methods of data collection and analysis: empirical methods (survey, observation), interviewing method, statistical analysis methods, simulation modeling, graphical analysis, ABC analysis, XYZ analysis, methods of qualitative and quantitative content analysis.

The implementation of the obtained results of the information and consulting services provided will allow the company to develop a roadmap for solving the identified problems, taking into account the recommendations formulated in order to increase the efficiency of its business activities.

An analytical report containing, among other things, a list of relevant recommendations for improving the efficiency of MTR management at the enterprise.
