The objects of the study were the business processes of procurement activities of Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Group companies and Gazprom Energoholding Group companies.
The following methods of data collection and analysis were used: analysis of the legislative base of the Russian Federation, local regulations and corporate practices in the field of procurement and procurement management in Gazprom PJSC and Subholdings, analysis of internal regulatory documentation and focused interviews with managers and specialists.
